ksTools 0.40 fixes an issue with TksComPort.OnReadStop event.
Now TksComPort.OnReadStop is triggered within both overloaded Read methods, and no more reading is performed after the read operation has been stopped.
ksTools 0.40 also containes some enhancements to ksMath unit (Sine and Cosine Fourier transform, TksComplex type).
